During the 2 Hour Saturday & Sunday scheduled Lunch Break and Vending Time (no food on Friday),
We will have PRE-ORDERED meals available from our on-site chef & vendor, Mario "Starseed Salsa".
The Menu:
organic, non-gmo, and vegan
Saturday: Tacos & Taquitos
Sunday: Curry with herb & pumpkin seed topping

Details & Event Instructions:
1. Pre-Event Packing Considerations
-This event will be indoors with outdoor social spaces. Please consider the weather forecast for what you'd like to wear and when you'd like to hike during the morning. (early morning before the event)
-This event includes optional Yoga & Dancing so bring appropriate attire for those experiences including Yoga Mat
-This event consists of interactive music Saturday & Sunday so perhaps bring a drum or other hand held instrument for spontaneous music
-This event is great for networking so bring your business cards
-This event is love based so please bring compassionate attire
-This event is a celebration so bring gifts and fun
2. Your Basic Needs & This Event
-We have high quality water from Sedona Water Works sponsoring the event so bring a Water Bottle (only water allowed in lecture room)
-We are offering pre-orders of a meal plan for the Saturday and Sunday 2 Hour event lunch break (see https://www.familyoflight.info/meal-plans to get your meals)
-The lunch break is 2 hours long, you may bring your own snacks/lunch to the property and there are many options in town for grocery and restaurants
-The event center has bathrooms and showers for those of you camping off property
- Refrain from wearing sunglasses, we wish to see your eyes, hats are preferred
-Be sure to have your medical emergency equipment on hand and inform us at registration of any special needs
-Only water can be consumed in the lecture room
-All snacks and drinks can be consumed in non-carpeted areas
-Please be mindful to the schedule
-Volunteers will be checking wristbands at the door, wear short sleeves
3. Registration & Welcome Packet
-When arriving, visit registration table with proof of purchase nearby for backup
-You will receive your Event Pass wristband and Meal Plan wristband when payment is validated
-You will receive a nametag, schedule, event sticker, and business card
-Do not remove wristbands until expiry

4. VENDORS -Contact Me ASAP familyoflightgathering@gmail.com-
-Due to schedule and budget adjustments there is some overlap in the morning and evening activities with vendor time
-Each day has varying vending hours, check schedule on the site
-Vendor Setup Starts Friday @1PM PST
-You are not required to vend during vending hour availability
-Vending room will be locked when not in use
-Vending is an additional option for fellow audience members to network their services
-This event is social centered not vendor centered
-We are not responsible for any loss but will do our best
-The venue requires 5% of your profit
5. Livestream Information
-We will be filming the stage and dancing for remote audience members
-Livestream event is a Zoom call with a private link and cloud recording
-Access to recording will be send to this email list post event

6. Lodging & Community Support

-There is a RV site next to the Venue called "Rancho Sedona RV Park"
